REAP EXPERIENCE FOR TEAMS
One live working session. Each person identifies what matters now, starts a practical 30-day plan, and has REAP to help carry it forward.
Book Your Free Team SessionSome need clarity. Some need room to act. Some need a way to keep going when life gets busy.
They choose what to work on and what to share. The point is progress, not public disclosure.
For managers bringing leaders together. For teams or communities carrying real goals. For organizers who want their people to leave with something usable.
Different people need different kinds of support. We identify the real obstacle, then build a next step that fits their life.
The session helps each person choose what to address. REAP gives the next action somewhere to live.
From a real task, to a real day, to the tool that helps someone do the work.

One meaningful priority. A workable first 30 days. The tools to take the next step.
The tools matter because they're connected to the next action.

For more than 15 years, I've helped people identify what affects their performance, clarify what matters, and build practical ways forward.
That work didn't end with an inspiring idea. We identified next actions, the resources they would need, and how those actions could fit into real life.
I built REAP to make that kind of follow-through easier to carry from the room into the day that follows.
Perspectives from prior facilitated leadership and personal-development work.
Feedback on working with Darius, not REAP software results"It's usually I get upset and I blame her, but I don't look at myself and see what did I do to cause it."
"Process has challenged me to be a better human being, husband, father... it really has allowed me to think of things differently."
"When I get stressed... I tend to just be very quiet... it really helped me just figure out how to kind of have those conversations with myself."
"I just have to choose to like accept the new version of who I am. And it's not a bad version. It's just changed."
The obstacle isn't always the one showing up in the performance report.
Historic coaching cases, not REAP software resultsShe was a sales rep who'd made it past her 90-day ramp, and she had a reputation. Brash, tough, hard to read. Her numbers were slipping, and on paper it looked like a performance problem.
Her supervisor booked a coaching session with me and asked to sit in. We got maybe a few minutes in before it became obvious it had nothing to do with her ability to sell. Her father was seriously ill. It was pulling on her whole family, and on her.
She just needed a moment to say it out loud and get some clarity, to separate what she was carrying from what she was capable of. That was it. That was the whole block.
Within two weeks, she went out and closed a $54,000 deal. The skill was always there. Something outside of work was in the way, and once it wasn't, the performance showed up.
What he actually wanted in life was to be a photographer and videographer, to build something creative of his own. He was chasing that on the side, but in his head it lived in a completely different world from his day job. There was a disconnect between his real goal and the work in front of him, and it quietly drained the work of meaning.
Once I helped him see the connection, how the discipline, the income, the skills from this job could directly feed the life he was building, something switched on. It gave him the capacity to actually use the ability he already had.
He made an $11,000 sale. The next day.
The president of sales asked me to coach one of his supervisors. Her numbers were down and she was struggling to manage her team. The easy read was that she wasn't cut out for the role.
She was actually really good at her job. What she had was a capacity problem. At home, everything was reactive. Errands, the kids, keeping up with her husband, no real routine anywhere. She was just reacting to life all day, and that same reactivity followed her into work. She'd never built a system for getting things done.
We built her a real routine, a way to get on top of life instead of underneath it. Once her personal capacity opened up, her numbers went up, her ability to lead her team went up, and her team started performing better too.
One person's life got more manageable, and a whole team's results moved.
She was a single mom working full time, running a side business, and raising her son. And she had one strong desire underneath all of it: she wanted to buy a house.
But she was working so much and pouring so much into her son that the side business and the home-buying plan kept getting pushed to the back seat. It was wearing on her. What she needed wasn't more motivation. It was a consistent system to actually follow through on the steps toward homeownership, with accountability so she didn't drop it every time life got loud.
We put that plan together and she worked it. Within six months, she was in her new house.
And here's the part that matters for any employer: on that journey, her performance at work went to another level too, because the job finally had purpose. It was directly contributing to the goal she was actually chasing in her life. When someone can see how their work feeds what they truly want, you get their best. That's the whole idea behind REAP.
"Whether you're excelling in your career and want the next level, or you can't seem to get on track, Darius is the guy to speak with."
"Before working with Darius, I was doing well, but I was frustrated and worried about my performance. I felt like I wasn't getting the results that should come with the effort and time I was putting in. I started doubting my natural ability and talent I'd been developing for years.
Even with that internal battle, I stayed self-motivated and honestly felt a session with Darius wasn't necessary, boy, was I wrong. He was very consultative, asked the right questions, and helped me realize the doubt and worry were unfounded. We talked through strategies to stay confident, quiet the voices of doubt in my head, and keep me in a peak state to drive peak performance.
Whether you're excelling in your career and want the next level, or you can't seem to get on track, Darius is the guy to speak with. I'd recommend him to any of my colleagues."
"As far as work production, I've seen a huge increase since our session. From 9/1/20 to 9/21/20 I only had 10 sales, a 1.80 lead-to-sale ratio. Now I'm sitting at 21 sales, a 4.49% ratio. Thanks man."
"My experience with Darius was transformative. In telesales, mindset is crucial, and Darius helped me overcome personal and professional distractions. His empathetic approach and constructive feedback improved my focus and enhanced my professional and personal growth."
