REAP FOR COACHES

Coach the person, and give them a place to run their life.

Your sessions, your assignments and your group live where your people already manage their day. They do not have to hold everything in their head between calls. It is on their agenda, with reminders.

See the plans

One-to-one clients and group programs, in one place. Your own account is included.

HOW IT WORKS

From sign up to your first session in four steps.

1
Choose a planIt sets how many active people you can bring in, one-to-one and group together. Your own full account comes with it.
2
Name your programsCall them what you call them. Mark each one as one-to-one or group. A group program gets its own private space automatically.
3
Bring your people inInvite a client by email, add someone who is already on REAP, or share your group's join link. Everyone agrees before they join.
4
CoachSet your calls and assign work. It lands on each person's agenda, and you see who is moving.
WHAT EVERYONE YOU COACH GETS

Full REAP, for as long as they are with you.

Not a side portal. The same app a REAP member uses to run their life.

Their whole system in one placeGoals, projects, tasks, routines, calendar, workouts, journal, relationships, budget, and the book and video library.
Your sessions on their agendaCalls you set land on their calendar and agenda with reminders and push notifications. You do not have to chase anyone.
Assignments they can act onA book chapter, a video or a REAP tool you assign arrives as a task on their agenda, linked straight to it. They mark it done and you see it.
A private group spacePeople in a group program share a private chat. They can share resources, tasks and projects with each other.
On their phoneOn the web and in the iPhone app, so reminders reach them where they are. Android is coming soon.
They keep what they builtWhen your time together ends, they move to the free plan and keep their account and everything they created in it.
WHAT YOU GET

One place to run your whole practice.

A dashboard for your clientsSee their goals, tasks and routines, their Integrity Score and assessments, and what they have done since your last session.
Session notes that become tasksWrite your notes, add what they leave with, and it goes to their agenda as real tasks.
Your programs, your namesOne-to-one and group programs, named the way you work. Add people, remove people, see who is in each.
Group sessions with seatsPublish a session once: one event on your Google or Outlook calendar, one Zoom meeting, and a seat count that fills as people join. Members land in it automatically, or reserve a seat themselves, your choice.
A push when it mattersKnow when someone joins your group, reserves a seat, or gives one up, when a client finishes a sprint, and when someone completes your program.
Consent and privacy built inPeople agree before they join. Journal activity and relationships stay private unless the client chooses to share them. You never see the names of the people they track.
ONE-TO-ONE AND GROUP

Run either one, or both.

One-to-oneInvite a client, schedule sessions, take notes, assign work, and follow their progress between calls. They have full REAP while you are working together.
GroupShare one join link. Everyone lands in the same private space and on the same session list, however and whenever they join. Closed by default: only your link, or you, can bring someone in.

A person can be in a group and work with you one-to-one at the same time. They count once.

YOUR PROGRAM, BUILT INTO REAP

Bring the program you already run.

Upload your program as a document. REAP reads it, shows you its structure, and you review and correct it. Nothing reaches a client until you start it.

1
Upload what you already haveA Word file, a PDF, pasted text, or say it out loud: your phases, weeks, sessions and homework. A scanned PDF works too.
2
Match it to REAPEach part of your program is matched to real tools in the app, and to the videos and book chapters that support that point in the program.
3
Choose how it is followed throughFor each part you decide what tracks it. If a step has no good way to follow through, REAP suggests a tool that fits, and you accept or skip it.
4
Start it for a client, or for your groupPick a start date. Each person gets their own goal, project and sprints built from your phases. Your homework becomes their tasks. Each part opens as they finish the one before. Someone who joins your group later starts at the part the group is on.

Your document stays private to you. Every suggestion is yours to accept, change or skip. You can edit a program after people have started: changes reach only the parts that have not started yet.

WHAT YOUR CLIENT SEES

Your method, carried by a system they can run.

You keep your method. REAP carries it from goal to project to task to their daily view, with the reminders already built in.

Start with an assessmentOpen your program with an assessment step: REAP's Life Assessment, or your own as a step in your program. End it with a reassessment, so you and your client can see what moved.
A program of their ownA My Program page shows who it is from, where they are, how far along they are, and what comes next. They get a welcome the first time they open REAP, plus a push and an email.
Tasks that open the right toolYour homework, plus the videos, book chapters and tools you chose, land on their day. A task like Stillness or a workout opens the app for them.
Goal, sprint and projectEach part of your program becomes a sprint on their goal. When a sprint ends they see what moved and open the next part, or choose another area to work on.
Moves on your datesIf a client does not open the next part, it opens for them a few days after the sprint ends, so the program stays on your schedule.
You see how it is goingProgress for each person, what they finished, and a push when a client finishes a sprint or a program.

QUESTIONS

The simple answers.

Who counts toward my plan?

Anyone active with you: they joined in the last 30 days, or they have used REAP in the last 30 days. People who go quiet stop counting. Someone in a group and a one-to-one program counts once.

What happens when someone leaves?

If you remove a client, they leave a group, or you close a group program, that person moves to the free plan after a short courtesy period. They keep their account and everything they built, and your spot opens up.

What if I stop my plan?

Your people move to the free plan and keep what they built. Your account stays. Choose a plan again any time to bring them back.

What can I see about the people I coach?

Their goals, tasks and routines, their Integrity Score and assessments, and their activity. Each person decides whether to share more: journal activity and relationship counts stay private unless they turn them on, and you never see the names of the people they track or what they write in their journal.

What about the people in my group?

Group members agree before they join. When you start a program for your group, you see each person's progress in that program. Nobody else in the group sees it, and your coach view does not open their private areas unless they choose to share them.

What if a client does not do the work?

A sprint end sends them a reminder, and if they do not open the next part it opens for them a few days later so the program stays on your dates. You can pause or stop anyone from the program page, and they keep everything they already have.

Can I change my program after people have started?

Yes. Changes reach only the parts that have not started yet. Work already given to a client is never rewritten.

Can a person leave?

Yes, any time. A client can end coaching, and a group member can leave a group, whenever they choose. They keep their account and everything in it.

Can I run one-to-one clients and a group at once?

Yes. One-to-one clients and group members count together toward your plan, and someone who is in both counts once.

Do I need a REAP account before I buy?

No. Choose a plan and you create your password right after you pay. If you already have a REAP account, log in first and the plan goes on it.

Do my clients pay REAP?

No. You charge your clients however you already do. Your plan covers their access while they are with you.
