REAP Integrity Collaboration Plans

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using REAP Integrity ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
REAP Integrity is a digital platform designed to help individuals and collaborative partners build integrity, accountability, and achieve their goals together. Our Collaboration Plus Plan includes access to multiple apps, tools, and features for both partners.
3. Subscription Plans
- Individual Plan: $17.99/month or $179.99/year for single user access
- Collaboration Plus Plan: $27.99/month or $279.99/year, includes access for two (2) users
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Collaboration partners must be invited and linked to the same subscription
- Only the primary account holder can manage billing and cancellation
- 7-day free trial available for new users
4. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate, current information when creating your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- One account per person - sharing accounts is prohibited
- Partners must use separate individual accounts under the same subscription
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Share inappropriate or offensive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
6. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance
- No refunds for partial months of service
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
7. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- Access continues until the end of the paid period
- Account data may be deleted after extended inactivity
8. Calendar Integration (Google Calendar & Microsoft Outlook)
By connecting your calendar accounts (Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook), you grant REAP Integrity permission to:
- Read Calendar Events: Access and display your calendar events in the REAP Daily Hub
- Create Events: Create calendar events in your connected calendar when you create events in REAP
- Delete Events: Remove calendar events from your connected calendar when you delete them in REAP
- Access Meeting Details: Read meeting links (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) to display in your Daily Hub
You can disconnect your calendar at any time from Account Settings. Upon disconnection, REAP will immediately stop accessing your calendar and delete all stored access tokens.
Limited Use Disclosure: REAP Integrity's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use your Google Calendar data for the purposes stated above and do not share, sell, or use it for advertising.
9. Bank Account Connections (Plaid)
Our budgeting features allow you to connect your bank and credit card accounts through Plaid Inc. By connecting an account, you authorize REAP Integrity, via Plaid, to retrieve your account information (transactions, balances, and liability details such as APR, minimum payments, and due dates) to provide budgeting and debt-management features.
- Your Credentials: You enter your bank login directly into Plaid's secure interface. REAP never sees or stores your banking username or password.
- Consent: We only access accounts you explicitly connect. You may disconnect any account at any time, after which we revoke the connection and delete the associated financial data.
- Accuracy: Financial data is provided by your financial institution through Plaid. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all imported data is complete or error-free, and you are responsible for verifying important financial information.
- Not Financial Advice: REAP Integrity's budgeting and debt-management features are informational tools only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
10. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including calendar data from Google and Microsoft and financial data from Plaid.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by REAP Integrity and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
12. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
13. Limitation of Liability
REAP Integrity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
