A Life Operating System

Your vision got bigger.
Your life got fuller. Your system has to catch up.

For the person with big vision and a full life whose commitments have outgrown memory, motivation, and disconnected tools.

REAP helps you shorten the distance between what you say you want and what your days actually produce, across work and life, in one connected system.

How REAP produces movement

See what is in the way.
Build the plan. Connect the support.

If you know the result you want, go straight to the goal. If you do not, the Life or Business Assessment and 4A help identify what is affecting your performance first. Then REAP turns the decision into one goal, one 30-day sprint, projects, tasks, routines, resources, calendar time, and daily execution.

I know the result I want

  • Go straight to the goal
  • Build one 30-day sprint
  • Turn it into projects + tasks

I need to identify the interference

  • Life or Business Assessment
  • 4A: Awareness → Address → Accept → Accelerate
  • Then build the same goal + sprint path

Different starting points. Same destination: your days matching what you say you want.

See where you are

You see where you actually stand.

A quick look across the meaningful areas of your life surfaces what's quietly asking for attention. A mirror, not a judgment.

Process what is in the way

You work through what's in the way.

Guided through Awareness, Address, Accept, and Accelerate, you move from stuck to a clear picture of what you're building toward.

The goal that emerges

Specific. Measurable. Yours.

The vision becomes a real goal, whether that means more clients, a stronger offer, better health, protected family time, or any other result that matters now.

One focus at a time

Broken into 30 days.

One measurable result for the month. The goal becomes a focused execution period instead of another intention competing for attention.

Building the sprint

Your month, mapped for you.

You get the real steps that move it forward. No blank page to stare at.

A real project

The outcome becomes work you can execute.

The sprint becomes a project with clear tasks and dates. The follow-ups, offers, calls, delivery work, workouts, or other actions that can actually produce the result.

Your whole life, one day

The target and the support around it, side by side.

The next important action can live beside the workout, family time, recovery, learning, and other commitments that directly affect your ability to perform.

When the selected result is business performance, REAP keeps going. The Business Model connects the sprint to the offer, clients, revenue, delivery, and the next business constraint, while the rest of REAP supports the person responsible for executing it.

The Integrity Gap

You know what you want.
Right now, your days aren't producing it.

How REAP works

See. Decide. Coordinate. Execute.

REAP doesn't try to make your life less real.
It helps you stop manually carrying every connection inside it.

01

See

Know what is actually happening across the life you are responsible for.
Use your Life or Business Assessment and the 4A Process to understand what is interfering. Not just what task is overdue.

Know what's actually going on across your life. Not just what task is overdue.

02

Decide

Choose what deserves focused attention now.
Turn the bigger vision into a clear goal and one focused 30-day sprint. Instead of trying to improve everything at once.

Turn the bigger vision into one focused 30-day sprint.

03

Coordinate

Fit the goal into your actual life.
Projects, tasks, routines, calendar commitments, support.
The things that affect your ability to execute, connected.

Fit the goal into your actual life: projects, routines, calendar, support, all connected.

04

Execute

Know what needs your attention today.
Your Daily Hub brings the plan forward into the day you are actually living.
When something slips, REAP helps you reorganize. Instead of abandoning the plan.

Your Daily Hub brings the plan into the day you're actually living.

Your life stays complex. Your experience of managing it should not have to be.

The method existed before the software

Fourteen years of helping people follow through, built into one system.

Before REAP became software, the method was used to help people find what was actually interfering.
Connect their work to what mattered. Create a plan. Follow through.
The software turns that coaching logic into a system a person can use every day.

A SINGLE MOM · FULL-TIME JOB · SIDE BUSINESS · NEW HOME IN 6 MONTHS

Working full time. Running a side business. Raising her son.
She wanted to buy a house. It kept getting pushed behind everything life was already demanding.

Not motivation. A system for following through.
Within six months, she was in her new home.
Her performance at work improved too.

So you revise the routine.
You don't rebuild your whole life.

Unfinished work doesn't vanish. It doesn't pile up forever either.

A breakthrough with nowhere to go eventually becomes just another memory.

No single part of your life carries the whole vision.

REAP does not show you a pile of unrelated modules. It connects the right tool, resource, routine, or area of life to the result you chose, at the point that support can improve execution.

Start where it hurts

Pick the part of you that's been neglected.

Six areas of your life. Choose the one getting the least of you — that's where the work begins.

Awareness · the first A

First, name what's really there.

Guided prompts — with audio if you want it — walk you into what you've been avoiding.

Get it out of your head

Put words to the feeling.

Not sure how you feel? That's the point of the next step — a wheel that helps you find it.

The Feelings Wheel

Find the feeling under the feeling.

Start broad, drill in. "Joyful" becomes Creative, Playful, Energetic — the real, specific truth.

Named, not buried

Now it's out where you can work it.

The feelings you named carry into the rest of the 4A — Address, Accept, Accelerate.

Not every area deserves equal attention every day.
The point is to keep the right support available when it affects the result you're pursuing.

Only 5 or 6 apps show up by default. Everything else lives in the App Store, for whenever you actually want it.

Your smaller circle

People know what you're working on.
And notice when you disappear.

The main community is where everyone gathers.
Your pod is smaller. People working in the same area of life or business.
They know what you're trying to move and help you stay accountable to it.

Accountability with a system underneath it.

Your pod gives you a smaller place to check in, ask for help, and celebrate progress.
Stay connected to the work you've already committed to inside REAP.

Monday and midweek prompts that keep the conversation moving
People working in the same area who can encourage, challenge, and support you
When someone goes quiet, the pod gets a nudge to check on them
Relevant REAP tools, books, and resources drop in when they can help the group move
Builders Pod conversation
Sometimes you don't need another plan

You just need to start.

REAP Focus gives members a place to show up and actually move the work.
Choose a real task from REAP. Attach it to your Community post. Work alongside other members for the hour.
Update the task when you're done and let the community see what moved.

Attach the actual REAP task you're moving to the Community feed
Work alongside other members in focused blocks
Update the task when it's done so the progress stays connected to your real plan

The room helps you start. REAP keeps the work connected after the room ends.

Keep growing

Learning that becomes action.

Most learning stays in a notebook.
Here you read or listen, look at how it applies to your life, and send the steps straight to your sprint.
So the insight actually gets used. Not just highlighted.

A library that works for you

The best books, already broken down.

A full library on leadership, communication, focus, money, and mindset — organized by the exact area they're growing in. Pick one and start.

Listen. Read along. Take it with you.

Every chapter, ready to listen.

Short, focused chapters you can finish on a drive. Pick up right where you left off.

Press play, keep moving

It plays while you live your day.

Leave the app, lock your phone, and the audio keeps going, like your favorite podcast.

A coach inside the book

Stuck? Just ask.

Tap Ask, and a coach that already knows this chapter and what they're working on answers.

Reading becomes doing

It hands you real next steps.

Every insight becomes action steps, dropped straight into your 30-day sprint with one tap.

Close the loop

Finish, and it counts.

Mark the chapter done and your progress moves. Momentum you can actually see.

The person should not have to be the operating system

You do the work. REAP carries the connections.

REAP keeps it connected: the plan, the schedule, daily execution, and review.
Your capacity goes toward performing. Not remembering how it fits together.

01

Clarity

Define the result. Or use Assessment and 4A to find what's actually interfering first.

02

Execution

Turn the result into a 30-day sprint. Projects, tasks, dates, real work.

03

Continuity

The goal, support, calendar, Daily Hub, and review. One system.

04

Recovery

See what slipped. Adjust from current reality. Keep going.

For groups & organizations

Want to bring REAP to your people?

Teams, entrepreneur programs, cohorts, and communities can give their people a connected system.
For turning a breakthrough, goal, or development plan into daily execution.
Personal information stays private.

What does it cost?
REAP starts at $34/month for the complete self-directed app. The REAP Membership is $99/month and includes the app plus the main community, pods, REAP Focus coworking, weekly resets, and member support. You can also book the REAP Experience separately if you want Darius to personally help you get set up.
How do I get started?
REAP gives you two paths. If you know the result you want, go straight to the goal and build your first 30-day sprint. If you need to understand what is affecting your performance first, Coach Mode takes you through the Life or Business Assessment and 4A. Both paths merge into the same connected system: goal, sprint, projects, tasks, routines, resources, calendar, Daily Hub, and review.
Is REAP only for entrepreneurs?
No. Business is one powerful track inside REAP, not the definition of the product. REAP is for anyone with big vision and a full life whose commitments have outgrown memory, motivation, and disconnected tools. That vision may involve business, sales, leadership, health, money, relationships, learning, or another important area of life.
Is this just another productivity or task app?
No. Task management is one piece.
REAP connects the result you're pursuing to your 30-day sprint, projects, tasks, routines, calendar, support, daily execution, and review.
So you're not responsible for manually maintaining all of those relationships yourself.
What if my schedule changes constantly?
That's expected.
REAP's Day Organizer surfaces unfinished and unscheduled commitments.
It helps you work from the openings that actually remain, instead of treating a changed day as a failed plan.
Do I have to manage every part of my life in REAP?
No. REAP isn't asking you to optimize everything at once.
You choose what matters now. Other tools and areas stay available when they're relevant.
Can my partner use REAP with me?
Yes.
Shared projects and responsibilities keep household and kid-related commitments visible.
Instead of leaving them only in conversations, texts, or one person's memory.
Can my partner see my private journal or reflections?
No. Shared life doesn't mean shared access to everything.
Private journal entries and personal reflections remain private.
See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
What is the difference between the App and Membership?
The REAP App is the complete self-directed operating system.
REAP Membership adds the app plus the main community, Pods, REAP Focus coworking, weekly resets, and member support.
For people who want an added human accountability layer.
What if I keep falling off or dropping commitments?
That's exactly the kind of reality REAP is designed around.
It helps you catch what slipped, renegotiate it honestly, and rebuild the plan from current reality.
Instead of abandoning the whole system.
Why is it called Integrity?
Integrity means alignment between what you say matters and how you actually live and execute.
The score is a mirror for adjustment. Not a demand for perfection. Not a moral judgment.
Why I built REAP

I did not build this because the world
needed another productivity app.

Darius Brown, founder of REAP Integrity

Darius Brown

I built it because I needed a way to build something meaningful.
Without pretending the rest of my life had stopped.

Working. Building a business. Being a father.
Health, money, relationships, goals. None of it pauses for your vision.

I had tools. Apple Notes, Reminders, Gmail, Calendar, Trello, ChatGPT, alarms, texts.
Every tool did its job. I was still the one connecting all of them.

As a coach, I knew how to help people find what was interfering and turn it into action.
Then I realized: the average person shouldn't have to think like a coach just to get through their own life.

So I built the process into a system.
Fourteen years of coaching and the 4A Method, carrying the connections every day.
Not so you can cram more in. So building it doesn't cost you everything you're building it for.

Author of 4 booksCreator of the 4A & REAP frameworks14 years coaching, 500+ leaders trained

Start with one result

What do you want REAP to help you move forward?

Choose the starting point. Both paths lead to a connected 30-day execution system.

Tell us about your business

A quick snapshot so REAP can tailor everything.

This is the single most useful thing you can tell us.

What's your business called?
What does it do?
Your industry & who you serve

This is how REAP connects you with the right people.

What industry are you in?
Who's your ideal customer?
Where's your business at?

Your stage, and the area that needs the most attention.

What stage are you at?
What needs the most attention?
Before REAP builds the plan

What is affecting the result right now?

What's your main offer, and how do you make money?
What's the biggest thing getting in the way?

What result are you going after?

Make it specific. This is what your 30-day sprint will be built around.

Turning that into a clear goal…
Turning that into a 30-day sprint…
Building your starting plan…
Into your day

Put one step on your calendar.

Pick one step and give it a time. On that day, it shows up for you. Nothing to remember.

Question 1 of 6

Building a routine that makes room for it…
Connect the support

What could help you perform at the level this result requires?

Choose what is true for you. REAP connects the relevant tool or resource to the plan.

The support is already inside REAP. Use what this result needs.

In a few minutes

Look what you just connected.

You came in with a result. REAP connected it to a 30-day execution system built for your real life:

One goal
One 30-day sprint
One routine
One next action

That is how REAP turns a desired result into a system you can execute, support, review, and adjust.

Want your plan? We'll send it to you, and check in as you build.

Save this inside REAP

Keep everything you just built.

Create your account to keep this goal, finish the plan, and connect it to your actual schedule, routines, support, and daily execution. Then choose whether you want to run REAP on your own or join the Membership for community and accountability.

Start with the app or join the full REAP Membership.

Everything you built here comes with you the moment you create your account.

You just watched REAP turn one result into a connected execution system.

That's where the free demo ends, but everything you just built is waiting. Choose how you want to keep moving.

Start with the app or join the full REAP Membership.
