Income Disclosure Statement

1. No guarantee of income

Joining the REAP Integrity Affiliate Program is not a job, salary, or guaranteed source of income. It is an opportunity to earn commissions only when people you refer actually purchase a paid REAP Integrity subscription. There is no promise, representation, or guarantee that you will earn any specific amount — or any amount at all.

2. Earnings depend entirely on your own effort

How much you earn depends on factors within your own control and on circumstances we cannot predict — including how many people you personally refer, whether those people choose to subscribe, whether they keep their subscription, and general market conditions. Two affiliates putting in different effort will see very different results. Many affiliates earn little or nothing.

3. How commissions work

• Direct commission: You earn 20% of the payment when someone subscribes through your personal referral link.
• Recurring: Commissions are recurring — you earn your commission each month a customer you referred keeps their paid subscription active, for as long as they remain subscribed. If a customer cancels or their subscription lapses, commissions on that customer stop.
• Override commission: If you personally sponsor another affiliate, you may earn an additional 10% override on that affiliate's actual customer sales (also recurring, on the same terms).
• Overrides are paid on real sales only. You are never paid simply for recruiting or signing up other affiliates. Compensation is tied solely to genuine paid subscriptions.
• Two levels maximum. The program pays on at most two levels (your own sales, and the customer sales of affiliates you personally sponsor). There are no deeper tiers.

4. Paid only on money actually collected

Commissions are earned only on payments REAP Integrity actually receives and keeps. If a customer's payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back, the related commission — including any override paid to a sponsor — is reversed (clawed back) and will not be paid out.

5. No purchase or fee required

You are not required to buy anything, pay any fee, or maintain a paid subscription to participate as an affiliate. There is no buy-in and no cost to join.

6. Payout schedule

Commissions you earn during a calendar month are totaled at the end of that month and paid out on or around the 5th day of the following month (this waiting period allows the month to close and any refunds or chargebacks to settle first). For example, commissions earned in March are paid on or around April 5.

• Payouts are made through Stripe, directly to the bank account you connect. You must complete Stripe's identity and bank verification before you can be paid.
• A $25 minimum applies. If your balance is under $25 at payout time, it rolls forward and is paid once your total reaches the minimum.
• Only commissions on payments actually collected and settled are included; refunded or reversed sales are removed before payout (see Section 4).
• Payout timing and the minimum threshold may change; any change will be reflected here and in your affiliate dashboard.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for any taxes on commissions you earn. You agree not to make any income claims, guarantees, or earnings representations to others on behalf of the program, and not to use spam, misleading advertising, or deceptive practices to promote your link.

9. Changes

Commission rates, the payout threshold, program terms, and this statement may be changed at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
